Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Kurumca runs in the cloud and you use it from the browser or the mobile app. We take care of servers, updates and backups.
If I reach a limit, is my data deleted?
No. At the limit you simply cannot add new records; your existing data stays as it is and remains readable. Upgrade your plan and you carry on straight away.
What happens when the trial ends?
When the 14-day trial ends your environment stays read-only for a while: you can still see and export your data. Choose a plan and you carry on where you left off. If you do not, the environment is paused and later deleted, and we e-mail you before each step.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the plans that include a custom domain; the pricing table shows which ones. On the other plans you use a ready-made subdomain.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, there is an Android app. Employees see what is assigned to them and check in with a QR code; managers approve requests from their phones.
