Pricing and plan questions
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, and nothing is added at checkout.
What do I gain by paying yearly?
The yearly price is lower than twelve monthly payments. The difference shows on the price card as free months.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Pick the new plan on the Plan page of the customer portal and pay. The unused paid time is deducted from the new price, and your environment and data stay exactly as they are.
How do I pay?
You pay by credit or debit card on the payment provider’s secure page, and your card details never reach us. If you choose bank transfer, your plan is activated once the money arrives.
How do I verify my own domain?
Enter the domain in the customer portal, add the TXT record you are given to your DNS and verify. Nothing is connected until verification is done.
Can I get my money back if I am not happy?
Within 7 days of your first purchase you can ask for a refund without giving a reason. The details are on the Delivery and Refunds page.
How many companies can I manage in one environment?
The number of companies depends on your plan; see the Companies row in the table. If you need more environments, write to us.
Do you have an enterprise need?
