Kurumca was written to take questions like “who has this device, who approved this expense, where is this vehicle” out of spreadsheets and chat groups.

What do we do?
Kurumca brings asset tracking, staff and working time, expense approval and vehicle and fleet records into a single workspace. People check in with a QR code from their phones, expenses go in as photos of receipts and managers see everything on one screen.
We host the software. You do not deal with servers, backups or updates: you open an account, choose an address and start within minutes.
What do we care about?
- You own your data. We process the records you enter only to provide the service and never sell them.
- Clear prices. What is in each plan is written on the pricing page. There are no surprises at the end of the month.
- A person on the other side. Real people answer your support messages; reach us by e-mail or through tickets in the customer portal.
