Kurumca runs in the cloud: no servers to build, no code to download, no keys to type. You open an account, pick an address and get a coffee while your environment is prepared.
In four steps
1. Open and verify your account
Enter your name, e-mail and mobile number and type in the 6-digit codes sent to your e-mail and phone. This check keeps out fake sign-ups and people opening trial after trial. Phone verification currently works with Turkish mobile numbers.
2. Choose your address
Pick a ready address like yourcompany.kurumca.com. You can connect your own domain later if you wish.
3. Your environment is prepared
Your own isolated environment, with its own database and file storage, is built in a few minutes. You follow the progress in the customer portal; nothing is expected from you.
4. Start using it
When the environment is ready your administrator sign-in details are shown once in the portal. Sign in, add your people and devices and assign the first one. The mobile app works with the same account.
Domain: a ready subdomain or your own
You do not have to touch DNS to begin with. If you want your own domain, you prove ownership with a DNS record.
Platform subdomain
No DNS settings; the address is ready at once. Available on every plan.

Custom domain
You connect your own domain. If your DNS provider is supported we can add the records for you. Available on the plans that include a custom domain.

Until the record is seen the domain stays pending and is not connected. A domain can be verified in only one account at a time.
During the trial and afterwards
When your trial ends you do not lose your data overnight. We e-mail you before every stage.
During the trial
Every feature of the plan you picked is open for 14 days. The data you enter is real and stays after the trial.
When it ends
Your environment stays read-only for 14 days: you can see and export your data but not add new records.
If you choose a plan
You carry on in the same environment where you left off. Nothing has to be rebuilt or moved.
If you do not
14 days after the end your environment is paused and your data is kept. 30 days after the end the environment and its data are deleted.

We take care of updates, backups and monitoring, and new versions reach your environment by themselves. If anything goes wrong, our support team is with you.
