Working time and attendance in one place.
Who arrived when, how many hours did they work, which overtime was approved? Get the answers from the system instead of wrestling with timesheets.
Does this sound familiar?
Timesheets are collected at month end
Gathering everyone’s records from separate files takes days, and mistakes show up afterwards.
Overtime causes arguments
When nobody can tell whether it was approved, both manager and employee are put in a difficult spot.
Attendance is invisible
Who was late, who is on leave, who did not come in? Finding out means asking several people.
How Kurumca solves it
Time entries with approval
Entries go to approval and approved ones flow into the reports on their own.
Check-in and check-out
Check-ins made by phone, QR or RFID card are recorded as attendance.
Weekly reports by e-mail
Get attendance and time reports as CSV or Excel, and let the weekly summary arrive by itself.
Import from Excel
Upload your existing timesheet files so your history is not lost.
Related modules: time tracking, check-in and attendance, QR access.
Frequently asked questions
Do employees enter their own working time?
Employees can fill in the form on their own phones and managers approve or correct it. Location and duration are verified on the server.
What about data protection law?
The form works with a versioned privacy-notice consent. Location is only taken if the employee allows it, and only for that action. Your organisation still has to prepare its own privacy notice.
